Hotel TÝNEC, a traditional centre of culture in Posázaví concentrates in a historic building a ballroom, training rooms and an information centre. It was built from a former stoneware factory by Count František Josef of Vrtba in 1812 in the classical style.
Hotel Týnec offers year-round accommodation in 12 rooms with private bathroom. There are 33 beds in double, triple and quadruple rooms. Extra beds and baby cots can be added upon agreement. The rooms are located on the first floor and offer a view of the Sázava River and the town of Týnec or a view of the hotel garden. Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel.The hotel has two lounges with a capacity of 30 to 50 seats for training sessions, lectures, celebrations, etc. The Hotel Týnec also has a ballroom with a capacity of up to 500 seats, where balls, concerts, theatre performances, congresses, corporate training and parties are regularly held.

The meticulously maintained garden is used extensively in summer for outdoor barbecues and wedding ceremonies.The social centre offers a varied cultural programme all year round.
